After Your Transport

After each transport, we generate a detailed billing record that includes the date of service, pickup and destination addresses, level of care provided, mileage, and any supplies used during the trip.

Insurance Filing

If you have insurance on file, we submit claims directly to your carrier. This includes Medi-Cal, Medicare, and most commercial plans. We handle the paperwork so you do not have to.

When to Expect Your Bill

Insured patients typically receive a statement after their insurance has processed the claim, which can take 30 to 90 days. Private-pay patients receive a statement within 2 to 4 weeks of service.

What if I have insurance?
We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, and most commercial insurance plans. If you provide your insurance information at the time of transport, we will file the claim directly with your carrier. You are responsible only for any remaining balance after your insurance has paid its portion, such as copays, coinsurance, or deductibles.
What if I can't pay my bill?
We understand that medical expenses can be a burden. If you are unable to pay your balance in full, please contact our billing department at 800-880-0556 to discuss payment plan options. We work with patients to find manageable solutions.
How do I request an itemized bill?
You can request an itemized statement by calling our billing team at 800-880-0556 or emailing [email protected]. Please have your account number or date of service ready. We will send the itemized breakdown to you within 5 to 7 business days.
When will I receive my bill?
If we file with your insurance, you will receive a statement after your carrier has processed the claim, typically 30 to 90 days after the date of service.
